STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY
- Identify internal and external stakeholder groups and define business objectives and communications objectives in order to optimize resources and determine the most effective key messages.
- Work alongside marketing experts to propose the best engagement tactics per stakeholder group and develop as well as implement a 360 Through the Line (TTL) strategy that offers an integrated approach where both ATL and BTL strategies are combined in order to build equity in the brand, increase brand visibility and communicate with customers in every way possible, leading to better brand visibility and brand recall.
- Identify challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Articulate key differentiators and synergies within company portfolios (if applicable), streamline communication messages and align subsidiary assets with mother company's brand identity, business objectives and communications objectives.
